All items sold by The Neverending Clearout are secondhand/preloved and are therefore sold as seen. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, so please shop mindfully.

You must be 18 or over to place an order through our site. By submitting your order and payment, you are confirming that you accept and agree to these terms.

 

Product Descriptions

 

We do our best to represent all items as clearly and accurately as possible. However, please note:

 

• Images are for illustrative purposes only - we can’t guarantee that the colours shown on your screen will exactly match the item in real life.

• Sizes and measurements are approximate, but we aim to be as precise as possible.

• We take great care to ensure item descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies without prior notice.

 

If an error affects an existing order, we’ll contact you directly. We also reserve the right to cancel orders based on incorrect listings, including pricing or promotional errors.

 

All items are sold as suitable for domestic use only.

Product condition and disclaimer

All items are preloved and may show signs of previous use. We do our best to note any major flaws, but minor wear should be expected. Items are cleaned appropriately before delivery.

Warranty & Guarantee

 

The Neverending Clearout sells exclusively secondhand/preloved items, which means:

• All items are sold without any express or implied warranties or guarantees, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• We do not offer any manufacturer’s warranty, and no representation is made that items will perform as new or remain in working condition for any specific length of time.

 

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Items may show signs of prior use, wear, or age.

• Any known flaws or notable imperfections will be disclosed in the product description to the best of our ability, but you accept the risk associated with purchasing secondhand goods.

• All sales are final, and we are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to misuse, storage conditions, or normal wear and tear.

 

If you are unsure about the condition of an item, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information or images where possible.

Pricing

 

• Item prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£) and exclude VAT.

• Prices may change without notice, but this won’t affect orders already dispatched.

• Delivery charges are not included in the item price and will be clearly shown during checkout.

• Prices listed on the site apply only to online purchases and may differ from prices through any other sales channels.

Payment

 

You can pay securely online via SumUp, using the following card providers:

Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Union Pay.

 

• Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• All transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer.

• We are not responsible for any third-party charges (e.g. from your bank or card provider).

• We do not accept cash, cheque, deposits, or offer payment plans.

 

Ownership of the item(s) remains with The Neverending Clearout until full payment has been received.

Order confirmation & processing times

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 working business days. Bank holidays and weekends may result in longer processing and delivery times.

Due to the nature of our items and limited stock, we are unable to cancel orders once placed.

Liability limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Neverending Clearout shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of data, income, profit, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:​

 

• The use, inability to use, or performance of any item purchased through our site

• Any delay or failure in delivery

• Any inaccuracies in product descriptions, sizing, or imagery

• Normal wear and tear or defects inherent in secondhand items

 

All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied. By placing an order, you accept that items may show signs of prior use and are suitable for personal, non-commercial/domestic use only.

 

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
